We initially met Denn when she attended the very first StitchBird Workshop back in April '08! She brought an amazing little Luchador, that she had just made, with her to class that day. Denn also did a number of adorable plush creations for the recent Stitch Wars show! We knew she had a special talent for creating adorable, unique characters and just had to invite her to be the second guest artist in the StitchBird Stuffed Artist series! The theme Denn came up with is 'Mythical Creatures' and boy are these guys CUTE! Each workshop attendee will get materials and patterns to make BOTH the smiley sea serpent and the fuzzy wuzzy Yeti guy! Probably you will have time to complete one during the workshop and finish the other home. Both of these lil guys are about 5" tall.

We will be working with super-fuzzy fun fur, microfiber fleece and safety eyes! Fun fur is a challenge, but Denn will be on hand for tips and tricks! Plus, look how CUTE the lil guy is!! :-)

All materials and light refreshments supplied to workshop attendees.

The StitchBird Stuffed Artist series is an ongoing series of workshops where a guest artist creates a unique pattern especially for the workshop! Stuffed Artist series plushes will also offer (optional) little fabric tags that ID the artist/date and make your plush even more special and unique!
